Accounting Payable Executive (5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full Accounts Payable cycle, including payment transactions reconciliation, correspond with vendors, respond to banking inquiries, verify purchase requests, process invoices, and issue payments with proper approval procedure in placed;
• Perform daily accounting duties for accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate settlement before due date;
• Prepare daily payment vouchers, keep proper accounting transactions to ensure all transactions are checked, supported and recorded, and properly accounted;
• Prepare vouchers, monthly provision, pre-payment and accrual entries;
• Assist in month-end closing and schedules;
• Perform Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.

 Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline;
• 5-years or above relevant working experience;
• A good team player with good problem-solving, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy;
• Familiar with ACCPAC system will be an advantage;
• Fluent in English and Cantonese;
• Immediately available is preferred.
