Responsibilities

Responsible for general office administrative and clerical support for Account Team

Assist in daily accounting duties, including bank activities, data entries, issuing invoices and filing

Perform ad hoc assignments from superior
Requirements

DSE or above
-
1-2 years relevant experience

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Good knowledge in MS Office application
-
Knowledge in accounting software, e.g. Peachtree will be an advantage
-
Well-organized, flexible, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and good work attendance
-
Able to work independently and under pressure
-
Immediate available is preferred
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Assistant
