財務管理 :負責公司全盤帳目,編制月結與年度財務報表,確保財務數據準確性。

供應商及外判付款 :處理外判供應商的賬單、付款及對帳工作,確保準時支付並維持良好合作關係。

稅務及合規管理 :處理公司稅務申報,確保符合香港及國際稅務法規。

財務分析與預測 :監察市場趨勢,提供財務數據支持業務決策,進行未來財務規劃與預測。

建議並應用合適的會計系統 :建議並選擇最適合公司運營的會計系統,主導系統整合及實施流程。

新開公司財務架構 :負責建立新公司的完整財務系統,包括會計科目設立、財務政策規劃及內部監控機制。
-
跨部門協作 :與業務、銷售及管理團隊緊密合作,確保財務策略與公司發展方向一致。
要求 :
-
大學學歷 (會計、財務管理或相關專業)。
-
5年以上 會計或財務管理經驗,熟悉傢俬行業者優先。
-
建議並應用合適的會計系統 (例如 MYOB、Peachtree、ERP 系統)。
-
曾負責新公司財務架構建立的經驗 ,能獨立管理財務系統搭建。
-
精通中英文閱讀、書寫及溝通能力 。
-
熟悉財務分析工具及香港會計準則及稅務法規 。
-
具備卓越的組織能力、財務監控及問題解決能力 。

Accounting Manager
Responsibilities :
-
Financial Management : Handle full sets of accounts, perform month-end and year-end closing, and prepare financial statements.
-
Cost Control & Budget Planning : Oversee financial operations, implement cost control strategies to maintain financial stability.
-
Payroll Management : Calculate and process employee payroll and tax filings, ensuring accurate and compliant salary payments.
-
Supplier & Outsourcing Payments : Handle supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation to ensure timely financial transactions.
-
Tax & Compliance Management : Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with Hong Kong and international tax regulations.
-
Financial Analysis & Forecasting : Monitor market trends, provide financial data to support decision-making, and conduct future financial planning.

Suggest and Implement Accounting System : Independently evaluate, suggest, and integrate the most suitable accounting system (e.g., MYOB, Peachtree, ERP) for company operations.

New Company Financial Setup : Establish the full financial structure of a newly created company, including chart of accounts, financial policies, and internal controls.
-
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with management teams, business development departments, and external auditors to align financial strategies with company goals.
Requirements :
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the furniture industry.

Proven ability to independently evaluate, select, and implement an accounting system (such as MYOB, Peachtree, or ERP).

Experience in setting up financial structures for new companies , with the ability to manage financial system implementation independently.

Proficiency in English and Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking).

Expertise in financial analysis tools and Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations .

Strong organizational, financial control, and problem-solving skills .
