Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the operation of daily accounting operation, AP, daily reconciliation.
  • Handle payment requisitions, cheques
  • Prepare periodical reports and accounting administrative works.
  • Assist in the daily operation
  • Assist in monitoring of daily cash flow position
  • Assist in handling of banking related matters
  • Assist in the daily operation of Accounting Dept.
  • Handle invoice settlement and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • To handle reconciliation of bank movement

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or any related disciplines.
  • Honest, responsible and attention to details with 1 year’s accounting experience in any industry
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
