Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations in G/L
  • Responsible for preparing journal entries, vouchers, invoicing and filing
  • Assist in preparing daily report to management
  • Assist in month-end closing, including preparing accounting schedules and management accounts
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

  • DSE graduate / Diploma in Accounting studies or above
  • LCCI level 2 or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in accounting field is preferable
  • Self-motivated, attentive to details and good team player
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
