Accounting Assistant / Accounting Officer

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in financial accounting functions in the Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Handle data checking, data entry and provide routine accounting support
• Responsible for daily operation and month-end closing
• Assist with external audits
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by supervisor
   

Job Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in SAP / AS400 will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS excel is essential
• Highly organized and flexible, demonstrates traits of patience with people and deadlines, persistence, pursuit of accuracy
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
