Accountant (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare and review accounting records and schedules.
• Monitor and assist in day to day accounting functions, including AR, AP and GL.
• Inter-company controls and transactions.
• Consolidate various management reports and analyses.
• Assist in year-end audit and tax filing.
• Review AR Ageing report, alert management for any irregular outstanding and advise appropriate actions.
• Bank accounts and cashflow management.
• Render in improving the internal control and operations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in trading or retail industry will be an advantage.
• Proactive and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiar with ERP software.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidate with less experience can consider as Assistant Accountant.
