Job Description

Reporting to the Head of BD, the Account Manager will be responsible formaintaining and developing the company’s portfolio across various categories and to organize business development strategies.


  • Represent OTL corporate brand and values
  • Expand OTL brand exposure and notoriety by building strong and long-term relationships with clients
  • Account Management: maintain and grow current business partnerships portfolio
  • Project Management: event planning for both channels (offline and online)
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth event preparation and provide advice during the event to maximise sales turnover
  • Provide insight & support to brands partners to grow the business together
  • Participate to the overall Business Development Strategy for the HK market by presenting quarterly reviews


  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management B2B is required
  • Strategic thinking and enthusiastic problem solver, autonomous
  • Customer-oriented with growth mindset, able to multi-task
  • Excellent negotiation skills and eager to deliver great results, target driven and figure-oriented
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, clear communication and good team work mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English is a must. Speaks Chinese is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree
