Our requirements :

Higher diploma , Associate of Accounting or above in Accounting

Perform routine accounting works and preparing reports to manager

Proficient PC skills in MS office (excel, word, English and Chinese typing)

1-2 years working experience preferred

Fluent in PuTongHua preferred

What you'll be doing:

Performing accounts payable and receivable duties, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and payment processing

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documentation

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases

Providing administrative support to the finance team as required

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Occasional travel to SuZhou China required (travel allowance provided)

Hardworking, accountability, honesty & self-motivated

Immediately available is preferable

Compensation

Competitive market salary $15000 -$20000 depending on experience
