A&A and Fit-Out projects - Project Manager (Tendering) and Site Foreman

Yee Fung Construction Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Tendering) and Site Foreman to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This full-time position will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide on-site supervision and quality control during construction
• Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders to address issues and queries
• Implement health and safety measures to maintain a safe working environment

• Prepare project progress reports and other documentation as required

  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Proven track record in project management, cost estimation and site supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Familiar with relevant construction regulations, codes and safety standards
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
