1 Cook (Indian curry) & 1 Cook (Tandoori Cuisine) $18660 per month

• Preparing Indian cuisine
• Preparing ingredients
• Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
• Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes
• Monitoring food quality and hygiene
• Allocating manpower and training staff
• Managing the operation of kitchen
• Assisting in other kitchen duties
• Fair English
• Fair Hindi is preferred
• Able to read and write fair English
• Able to read and write fair Hindi is preferred
• Working hours : 11:00 – 22:00
• (Meal break 15:00 – 18:00)
• (8 hours per day, 6 days a week)
• Requirement primary 6 & 1 year of relevant working experience
• Working location : 25-33 Hau wo street Shop B1, G/F, Kennedy Town Hong Kong
