駐地盤屋宇裝備工程師 Resident Building Services Engineer (Ref. JD_17056RBSE)

現招聘位於柴灣盛泰道﹑創富道及常達街交匯處的水務署總部暨香港及離島分署及懲教署總部大樓的公務工程駐地盤人員 (合約編號: 9AE124) ，現時大部分地基工程已經完成，接下來將進行大樓上部結構設計和施工工作的監督。申請人需具備良好的溝通能力及表達能力，候選人的面試選擇將根據可上班日期﹑學歷及有關工作經驗而定:
We are looking for the following experienced Resident Building Services Engineer who is capable of carrying out supervision and coordination work for the public works project of “Water Supplies Department Headquarters and Correctional Services Department Headquarters Building in Chai Wan Junction of Shing Tai Road, Chong Fu Road and Sheung Tat Street” (Consultancy Agreement No. 9AE124), the majority of the foundation have been completed, and the focus will now shift to the supervision of superstructure design and construction works. Applicants must possess strong communication and presentation skills. Selection of candidates for interview would be based on the date of availability, qualification and relevant experience.

Resident Building Services Engineer (Ref. JD_17056RBSE)

駐地盤屋宇裝備工程師的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰
The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Building Services Engineer shall be as follows:

1. 申請人必須為香港工程師學會或同等學會的正式會員，即受香港工程師學會認可註冊專業工程師資格之屋宇裝備或電機或機械工程界別或同等資格；
   MHKIE or equivalent, i.e. Corporate member of a professional institution recognized for corporate membership in the status of registered professional engineer (RPE) of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Discipline, or equivalent.

2. 具有屋宇裝備或電機或機械工程的相關工作經驗；
   Relevant experience in building services engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
   
   
   

僱傭合約期為21個月，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。
Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 21 months with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
