工作職責

- 協助聽力護理專業人員對成年人進行聽力測試
- 教導患者正確使用和保養助聽器和其他聽覺輔助器材
- 進行助聽器、耳模和其他聽覺輔助器材的簡單維修和故障排除
- 執行設備維護和檢查工作
- 根據公司要求，支援客戶服務團隊

要求

- 中學或以上學歷
- 禮貌、有禮及勤奮的性格
- 能熟練書寫和口語表達英語、粵語和普通話
- 擁有優秀的人際交往、溝通和演示技巧
- 獨立、有自我激勵能力

Founded since 2009, KAM HearingHealth HK Limited is a multi-brand hearing health care centre.  We have a very supportive work environment for our team members, which encourages personal, professional and financial growth.  We are currently seeking an Audiology Assistant add to our team to cope with our expansion.

Job Responsibilities

● Assisting Hearing Care Professional in hearing testing of adults
● Instructing patients in proper use and care of hearing aids and other amplification devices
● Performing troubleshooting and minor repairs to hearing aids, earmolds, and other amplification devices
● Performing equipment maintenance and checks
● Supporting Customer Service team as required by the company

Requirements

l   Secondary school or above

l   Pleasant, courteous & hardworking character

l   Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

l   Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentations skill

l   Independent, self-motivated

RENUMERATION PACKAGE

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. Fringe benefits including 5.5 day workweek, 14 days’ annual leave, provident fund, Education Allowance, Performance Incentive, medical allowance to the right person.
