Job Description

社會工作員 (濫藥精神藥物者輔導中心) (職位編號 : SANE/RSW)

入職要求：註冊社工，持有認可之社會工作文憑 / 副學士或以上學歷及具相關戒毒工作經驗；香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文、英國語文考獲第 2 級 / E 級或具備同等學歷。具戒毒服務或個案管理經驗者可獲優先考慮。

職責：提供個案輔導，協助戒毒者制定康復計劃；設計並帶領治療小組活動；協助戒毒者重新融入家庭與社會，重建生活；進行社區教育工作，提升公眾對藥物教育的認識。

工作地點：荃灣及葵青區
