負責協助管理綜合家居照顧服務，包括策劃、推行及評估綜合家居照顧服務和活動，需輪班。應徵者須為註冊社工，持認可社會工作文憑或同等學歷，香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科及中國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷。如持有認可評估員資格「interRAITM家居照顧」9.3版本及具長者服務工作經驗者優先考慮。
