Job Description
職位要求：
- 持本地認可大專學院頒發之社工文憑、高級文憑或副學士或以上程度

- 良好的書寫能力、溝通能力及團隊協作能力
- 具有長者社區劵或離院支援服務經驗為佳
工作地點：荃葵青區
工作時間：每週工作20-24小時
