Job Description

Job Duties:

·       To carry out daily operations of serviced apartment to deliver premier services to guests.

·       Maintain a good relationship with internal and external residence.

·       Maintain daily services of all the common areas of residence building.

·       Monitor project progress, prepare and update all relevant documents.

·       Coordinate with internal and external parties on all related project matters.

·       Supervise a small team to ensure a smooth daily operation

·       Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

·       HKCEE/DSE level or above

·       2-5 years relevant experience

·       Higher Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines

·       Experience in Hotel or Serviced Apartments industry is an advantage

·       Customer service-oriented and ability to handle clients and tenants independently

·       Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·       Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

·       Less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
