1.  深入了解商業洗衣以及整個洗衣物流和生產流程Overview of laundry operations – to acquire in-depth knowledge of commercial laundry and the whole laundry logistics and production flow   
2. 以安全且有效率的方式參與規劃和促進生產Operational Excellence – to participate in planning and facilitating production in a safe and efficient manner
3. 學習生產線及廠房運作，以成為廠房前線管理人員為目標Productivity and Performance Focus – to optimize resources and to build a smart work place with engaged workforce  

Requirements

1. 任何學科的高級文憑/副學士學位，具有至少一年的工作經驗，也歡迎應屆畢業生  Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in any disciplines with at least one year of work experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
2. 在製造業領域發展感興趣 Interested in frontline operations of manufacturing field
3. 有創新思維，接受新事物，能夠與來自不同背景和文化的人合作Open-minded and able to work with people from different background and culture
