Shop Leader (Supervisor)

We are looking for passionate people to join Team Pret.

We are looking for an energetic Team Leader to join team Pret. Our Leaders run each shift with precision, working either in our kitchens or serving our customers in shops. They lead by example, creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring the highest operational standards are maintained.

Requirements

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a rapidly growing F&B or restaurant organisation

·         A proven track record of working in a multicultural environment is an advantage

·         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (preferable)

• Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team player
• Enthusiastic, Self-motivated, and Pro-active
