Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-ordinate with operations for inbound & outbound shipment
  • Data entry to warehouse system and issue delivery document.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure
  • Follow up the shipment schedule, cargo details and Transit time with customers

REQUIREMENT:

  • Form 5 or above ;
  • 1-2 years’ experience;
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel with a particular focus on VLOOKUP will be consider in prior;
  • Knowledge in Air, Sea operation and E-commerce is an advantage.
